Relatable?
I love using technology to track my progress but with 5% left I have a hard time justifying a work out that won’t “count”. And, no, I’m not going to say something inspiring like “my body will know it counts”. Of course my body will know. The ring about me is that I need tangible data and to track my progress. Knowing my watch will run out of energy before I’m done exercising is not encouraging me to go exercise.
So step 1 of my plan: Every weekday after lunch charge my watch.while I work. I’m sedentary during that timeframe anyway so I might as well charge my watch.
That’s it. That’s step 1. It’s all about the baby steps.
